Inside Sales and Customer Service Training Manual - This manual is intended to increase product and industry knowledge for inside sales and customer service personnel. The information focuses on providing a better understanding of product, application, and systems used by electric utilities. The manual has recently been updated (2009 & 2010).
Technology Conference - NAAUD has sponsored conferences focused on eBusiness solutions, integration, and better utilization of information technology. The conference offers exposure to information and applications on technology and business applications specific to serving the unique needs of NAAUD members, associates and customers.
